Senior Creative

Our three golden rules for this role: You are a business driver: You will spot creative opportunities, grow client relationships at a creative/strategic level, and help grow the business – all within the boundaries of budgets and timings. You are team driver: Working together with Insights, strategy, account leads, production teams, art directors and designers and production teams. You will work together with more than creative only. Motivating, supporting, encouraging, overseeing and mentoring throughout the entire process. You are problem solver: pushing the boundaries of creativity and the possibility to advance our clients, our agency, and our staff. You’re able to gather the right people around you to make the work happen. You’re energetic to help push ideas through.


You’re a hands-on creative with (8+ years of) notable experience on agency side and experienced with guiding creative teams, productions and working with creative direction. Unlike a creative agency, you will not only work with set creative teams but instead work with account leads, content writers, strategist and of course our art directions and designers. Production and on set experience is mandatory to bring your ideas to life. You’re a strategic thinker, driven by what happens in the world and are a confident wordsmith that can craft payoffs without even blinking. It’s more than a creative job What defines the person we’re looking for: Even though you have notable creative agency experience, you’re much more interested in the world. You understand that what we do here is not solely based on the creative output, but it’s also important to protect reputations of some of the biggest corporates in the world.

This is what you bring to our office – 8+ years of agency experience and knowledge of creative processes. – Excellent in Dutch and English language (verbally as well as in copy) – Experience with corporate clients and examples in B2B. – You have an entrepreneurial mindset and knows agency life can be hectic – you bring in the right energy to make every project succeed and are a team player. – A great looking portfolio with notable creative work: including owned, paid and earned examples.
